Highlights. This website presents the TB Autosports racing team: its people, drivers, cars, results, news and media. It is free, needs no account and sells nothing. It is operated by an independent webmaster based in Québec, with the permission of TB Auto Sports S.E.C., which does not operate it and is not responsible for it. The texts, logos, photos, videos and results belong to TB Auto Sports S.E.C., its partners or the credited creators; you can view them and share links, but not reuse them without permission. Results are presented with care, but official classifications prevail. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and do not limit any of your rights as a consumer.

These terms of use (the "terms") apply to your use of the tbautosports.com website (the "site"). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who operates the site
The site is designed, built and operated by an independent webmaster based in Québec (the "Operator"), with the permission of TB Auto Sports S.E.C. ("TB Autosports"), a limited partnership registered in Québec (Québec enterprise number 3382423765).
TB Auto Sports S.E.C. does not operate the site and is not responsible for it. The Operator is responsible for the site, how it works and the personal information collected through it. To protect their privacy, the Operator's identity is not published; you can reach them at any time by .
Services provided
The site is an informational website. It offers:
- information about the team, drivers, cars and partners;
- the team's results and standings by season;
- news, photos and videos;
- contact forms to write to the team or the webmaster.
The site is free. It requires no account, offers no paid product or service and collects no payment.
Changes to the site or these terms
The Operator may change, suspend or discontinue the site, in whole or in part, at any time, for example to improve or update it, or at TB Auto Sports S.E.C.'s request.
The Operator may also change these terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page, with its effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- use it for illegal purposes or against these terms;
- send misleading, hateful, harassing, defamatory or unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through the forms;
- impersonate someone else or give false information;
- try to disrupt the site or its security, access it without authorization, get around its protections or overload its servers;
- extract the site's content automatically (scraping) to reuse or republish it.
Intellectual property
- The team's content: the TB Autosports name and marks, logos, texts, photos, videos and results on the site belong to TB Auto Sports S.E.C. and are used with its permission.
- Partners: partner logos and marks belong to their respective owners.
- Creators: photos and videos from collaboration posts belong to the creators credited on the site.
- The site itself: the site's design, layout and code belong to the Operator.
You may view the site for your personal, non-commercial use and share links to its pages. Any other use (copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing or commercial use of the content) requires the owner's prior permission. To ask about using the team's content, use the contact form: your request will be passed on to TB Auto Sports S.E.C.
Accuracy of information
Results, standings and other information are presented with care, based on official documents published by the organizers (notably IMSA) and the team's own posts. Some results may be provisional or team-reported; the site says so when that is the case. If there is a difference, the official classifications published by the organizers prevail. The site links to third-party sites (such as Instagram, YouTube and IMSA) and relies on third-party services to work:

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or for decisions made on the basis of its content. This limitation does not apply to bodily or moral injury, or to material injury caused by intentional or gross fault, for which the law forbids excluding or limiting liability.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
